Alawna Mallory of AMCOACHES is a musical theatre actress, singer, and writer based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in musical theatre from Slippery Rock University (2023).

“I want students to feel they can trust themselves to be their own teacher” is the philosophy of finding your intuitive voice. there are many resources to train the singer, but the most important of them all is listening to the source of where your talent came from…you!

A singer knows their voice better than any teacher. which is why Alawna frequently says she sits in the “passenger seat” of the car ride in vocal lessons. the student drives the lesson, and AMCOACHES helps with navigation.

Alawna enjoys a continuous-learning and adaptive environment in her studio. although she is a teacher, she is also a student: absorbing new information constantly and curating each lesson to meet every students aspirations.

AMCOACHES mission is to give students the space to grow a beautiful relationship with their voices, then watch them prosper wonderfully on their own.
